Rachel Bashkin

Rachel Bashkin is the Director of Business Integration at Kovitz. In this role, she provides strategic direction and oversight of technology development and innovation, integration and acquisition, and governance while procuring pertinent data, maintaining information integrity, and managing risk. Rachel is passionate about successfully delivering technology enabled solutions to solve, enhance and establish business processes through digital transformation.

Previously, Rachel was Chief of Staff – Office of the CTO at Amount, Inc. and was Vice President of Digital Strategy at Mesirow. Before that, she worked at William Blair in the digital transformation space for Private Wealth Management. Rachel started her career as an Analyst in the Global Securities and Trust Services business focused on Collateralized Debt Obligations at LaSalle Bank ABN Amro. Alongside Kovitz, she is an adjunct professor in the Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University.

Rachel is a graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington. She resides on the North Shore of Chicago with her husband, two boys and goldendoodle, Bauer.
