David Kushnir serves as the Talent Manger at Kovitz where he is responsible for oversight and execution of talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, training, and engagement. In addition, David works alongside the Chief People Officer to develop new talent strategies and initiatives.
Prior to joining Kovitz in 2023, he worked at Meta (Facebook) where he was focused on the hiring needs for Software Engineering. He also previously worked for Accenture in a Strategic Initiatives role. David graduated from the University of Dubuque, where he studied Business Administration and was a team captain for the Men’s Basketball Team. Outside of work, David spends his free time exploring new restaurants with his wife, golfing, and playing with his two German Shepherd pups.
