Angela Pitzer

Angela Pitzer is the Compensation Analyst at Kovitz, specializing in data-driven insights, compensation planning, modeling, and financial reporting. In her role, she manages the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, integrating data from various sources to ensure accurate and auditable compensation calculations. Angela is dedicated to empowering both advisors and the Accounting and Finance teams to rely on the tool’s outputs.

Previously, Angela worked at CaptivateIQ as a Professional Service Manager, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the ICM tool used at Kovitz today. This experience enables her to leverage the full capabilities of the tool to benefit the company. Before joining CaptivateIQ, Angela spent over 15 years in the cybersecurity industry as a Sales Operations Manager. In that role, she led the Compensation team and managed CRM tools and the technical stacks necessary for the Sales team to drive growth.

Angela’s extensive experience in both compensation management and sales operations, combined with her passion for accuracy and empowerment, makes her a valuable asset to Kovitz. Angela is a graduate of Oswego University and currently resides in Maryland with her husband and has 3 grown children along with 2 amazing dogs.
